Implementation

We can train your staff in a one-on-one environment, over the web using GoToAssist by Citrix, or set up classroom training at your facility, if you have the resources available.

We will work with you and your staff to train on all the aspects of the system that each person will be using, as well as help define policies and procedures for you using the new software..

Microsoft Dynamics products have a built in ability to help you and your staff setup standard routines for each role. For instance, a month end closing routine may be set up for GL so that no important step is missed, each time you or your staff close a period. This increases efficiency, reduces problems, and gives you peace of mind.

In Microsoft Dynamics the capability to set up a custom home page exists for every user. We can help you and your staff set up Dynamics so that everything you need is at your fingertips, just a click away. And even better, we can help eliminate applications and reports that are seldom used, relieving the clutter on your desktop. You'll also be able to work with Microsoft Outlook and Dynamics all from the same home page.

Data Migration
